RFP: Manufactured and Modular Homes
Purpose
The City of Rochester is soliciting proposals for the manufacture/installation of Manufactured/Modular housing on select in-fill city lots.
The City is seeking to create up to nine new units for owner occupancy through this program through sale of the land and building. City-Owned lots have been pre-selected in three residential areas in the City.
