The Market's signature free summer live music series

Six Friday nights, 6 - 10 p.m. (Gates open 5:30 p.m.) 
 

One of Rochester's most popular free live music series, Bands on the Bricks brings the City of Rochester Public Market to the evening set with national acts and favorite local bands on consecutive Friday nights in July and August. Food and drink vendors will be there to complete your night!

  • July 11 — Latin Night (bands TBA)
  • July 18 — Into The Now with Organ Fairchild 
    (features the 3rd annual Bands on Bricks Craft Sale)
  • July 25 — Pride Night--A Celebration of Drag
  • August 1 — Donna the Buffalo with Delilah Jones
  • August 8 — Giant Panda Guerrilla Dub Squad with Ignite Reggae Band
  • August 15 — John Brown's Body with The Medicinals

Bands on the Bricks is one of many free-admission special event series offered every year at the City of Rochester Public Market


Rules, regulations, and tips for attendees 

  • Shows start at 6 p.m., gates open 5:30 p.m.
  • No shoes, no shirts, no entry.
  • All bags are subject to search.
  • No smoking under vendor sheds, or close enough to the sheds that smoke can get underneath.
  • No pets.
  • No bicycles inside the event gates (but we encourage you to ride your bike to the events).
  • No skateboards or in-line skates.
  • Attendees can bring in one sealed bottle of water per person (no other food or beverages).
  • No drones.
  • Seating is limited, bring a folding chair!
